Collect all five cards of the same number. When you do, secretly signal your teammates so they can shout “No Cap!” to win the round and earn 1 point.
If you suspect the other team has a complete set but hasn’t announced it yet, shout “Cap!”. If you’re correct, your team earns 2 points.
But be careful—if you’re wrong, the other team gets 1 point.
Setup:
1. Split into two teams. 2. Each team privately chooses a secret signal (a gesture, movement, or word). 3. Sit around the table with team members separated (not next to each other). 4. Shuffle the deck and deal each player 5 cards. 5. Place the remaining cards face down in the
Playing the Game:
• Flip 5 cards face-up from the deck to create a community pile.
• Anyone can exchange cards from their hand with cards from the community pile at any time. You must always discard a card after taking one, so you always have exactly 5 cards.
• When no one wants the current community cards, discard them and flip over 5 new cards. If you run out of cards, reshuffle the discard pile.
Game Modes:
• Easy Mode: Signals can be verbal or non-verbal.
• Hard Mode: Signals must be non-verbal (gestures only).
Ending a Round:
A round ends immediately when someone correctly shouts “No Cap!” (their team has all five matching cards) or “Cap!” (correctly calling out the other team).
Wrong calls give 1 point to the other team.
Winning the Game:
First team to reach 3, 5, or 7 points (decide before playing) wins!
